Experienced Line Cooks

We are looking for a professional line cook to prepare food to the exact chef’s specifications and to set up stations for menu. Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive and sous chef with their daily tasks. Full job description is available. Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies

  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)

  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff

  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions

  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food

  • Stock inventory appropriately

  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion

  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Dishwashers

 

We are looking for dishwashers to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals. This position Wash and clean tableware, pots, pans and cooking equipment. Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Load, run and unload dish machine.

  • Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.

  • Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle.

  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware.

  • Keep dish room clean and organized.

  • Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware for dining room and kitchen.

  • Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times.

  • Handle tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss.

  • Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies.

  • Clean food preparation and production areas as required.

  • General cleaning duties. 

  • Other restaurant tasks as required by management or leadership
